In this paper, based on the Central Soviet Area in South Jiangxi and Western Fujian , an in-depth study wound be given to the propaganda of the Communist Party of China and the Soviet government in the Central Soviet Area during the last few decades in the 20th century ,including the political propaganda ,military propaganda, economic propaganda, cultural propaganda, social propaganda and further elaboration to the effectiveness , the status and historical experience of the propaganda during the Agrarian Revolution periodThe full text is divided into six parts. The introduction explains some reasons of the topic , makes a brief review of the relevant academic history ,and summarizes and refines the goal of this research ,writing characteristics , methods, and innovation .The second part explains the formation, development and characteristics of the Central Soviet Area on the party's propaganda. I believe that the party's propaganda began early. Early revolutionary ideological and cultural enlightenment of the Communist Party of China's, the experience and lessons of propaganda in the Soviet Union, the theory and practice of the propaganda e of the Red Army in the Jinggang mountain revolutionary all gave the leader and reference to the development of the party's propaganda during the Central Soviet Area , and as the basis for their development. With the main force of the Forth Red Army into Southern Jiangxi led by Mao Zedong and Zhu De, and the foundation of a Central Soviet Area, the Party propaganda of the Central Soviet Area also came into being. At the same time its development had three periods, which were start-up, development and prosperity. During this period of propaganda against "encirclement and suppression" of the Kuomintang reactionaries, the party and the Soviet government made tit-for-tat publicity of the anti-"encirclement and suppression。".Central Soviet Area party's propaganda had four features: the explicit theme of, propaganda the art of propaganda , the participation of the masses of propaganda and publicity of the rich diversity of its content .The third part details the main content of the party's propaganda of the Central Soviet Area, including the political propaganda (the publicity of all classes of power and status, political power, the party building at that time), the economic propaganda ( the publicity of the line of the Agrarian Revolution, economic construction, agriculture, and industrial , commercial, and financial publicity of the Soviet Area), the cultural propaganda (the publicity of the nature of cultural construction, the basic point of education policy , and public awareness of cultural development ), and the military publicity (from the meeting of "August 7" to army coming to Jinggang moutain, the Forth Red Army downhill into southern Jiangxi) and social propaganda (the publicity and the transformation of clan forces in the Soviet Area community village the publicity for the elimination and resolution of conflicts by the membership of the locals and the Hakkas of the Central Soviet Area, the actively Effective mobilization and publicity to the Hakka women and children). The fourth part cites the main forms of the party's propaganda of the Central Soviet Area, namely posters publicity, newspaper publicity, literature and art publicity.The fifth part sums up five principles of the party's propaganda of the Central Soviet Area..The sixth part explains the outstanding results of the party's propaganda in political, economic, military and social and cultural aspects of the Soviet Area.The seventh part sums up its five historical experience (Enlightenment).The eighth part includes appendixⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,references, and postscript.
