Margin trading is a popular mean in many developed countries. It got the permission in the newly-amended Law of Security, 2005. And then, CSRC, Shanghai Exchange, Shenzhen Exchange and SD&C made a series of rules and regulations. The rule system comes into being. Margin trading has many positive meanings to the development of our Security Market; meanwhile, its risk is bigger than ordinary trading. It will do harm to Security Market seriously if not be controlled properly. So, it's being the key point that how to regulate margin trading effectively. The paper focuses on this subject, giving the outline of margin trading, analyzing the relationship of parties and the risk may occur, try to perfect the framework of regulation and give some suggestions.The paper consists of three parties. The first party is about the definition, meanings and the development in main countries and district of margin trading, and then its main modes and the mode we chosed. It's the base of other parties. We are also aware of the necessity and the effect we should get of the regulation. The second party is about the measures we take at present and compare them with that of other countries and districts. At the end of this paper, I give my comment on our margin trading and regulative measures, and bring forth some suggestions with full reasoning.Margin trading is a definitely new system in our country, and has not put into practice until today. We have enough space to discus, to try this mean. We also likely encounter some unanticipated problems. It's just on this consideration, I chose this subject as paper caption, and put the key point in the risk control. I'm sure it has some theoretical and practical significance.
