This thesis gives an account of the proceeding of parentage validation, which is one of the personal proceedings.The personal proceeding is a proceeding for personal cases thereof.Here starts with the legislation of Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law,which is the basic protect for the natural child.Then analysis the essentiality and feasibility of the proceeding of parentage validation,intent to theorize the proceeding of parentage validation.Here is the section.The first chapter is base on the cases,which are appeal for the validation of parentage.There is only a few on protecting the nature child in Civil Law and is vacant in Civil Procedure Law.The litigation of validation is a kind of the litigation,which the validation of parentage belongs to,is specialty for the frame of reference of the litigation proceeding theory.There are some different between litigation proceeding and non-litigation proceeding,the proceeding of parentage validation belongs to the litigation proceeding hereof.The second is mainly about the conception,the trait and the quality of the proceeding of parentage validation.The proceeding of parentage validation is one type of the litigation proceeding,which validate the relationship between natural child and the parents to enact the legal duty of the parent thereof.And this chapter distinguish the proceeding of parentage validation and the other type of litigation proceeding.The third chapter brings forward the theory of hereunder,which is the base theory of the proceeding hereof.There is more and more natural child, for kinds of reasons,cannot get hold of the protection of law,so there is need to set up the proceeding of parentage validation.Though it is only one of the reasons to design the proceeding,is indispensable to theorize the proceeding.What's more,in other countries and regions have setup the proceeding hereof already and it runs very well,which can be a good example for us to follow.At last of this part,the system info of civil procedure has developed to get ready for the proceeding hereof. In conclusion,the dissertation tries to set up the proceeding of parentage validation.Fist of all is the principle of the proceeding,including the cross of the theory of litigation and non-litigation,and the theory of pluralistic of the procedure and so on.The litigants and the suit goes on in the proceeding are also specialization according to our frame of reference of the procedure.
