In the world today,America is the largest developed country,and the United Nations is the supreme international group.The relation between United States and United Nations is always the world focus since the beginning of U.N founded.More than 60 years after the foundation of U.N,the policies which America treats to U.N chop and change especially after Cold War.When the Cold War ended,the world came into a new era under the impact of new world situation.It was a process combined with battle and compromise.The policies which America treated to U.N were changing difficultly by considering the situation.The America's attitude and standpoint for the reformations of U.N decide if the reformations can be carried through successfully.The Security Council, finance problems and the Security Force are the most three parts of reformations.The chief part of this essay is divided into four chapters:the 1st chapter describes the history course about the United States and the United Nations which includes three parts from the foundation of U.N to the end of Cold War.The 2no chapter analyzes the policies of three presidents of U.S,Bush,Clinton,and Bush Junior after the Cold War,and then points the characteristics of policies and why took these policies.The 3rd chapter is about America and reformations of U.N,which is an important part in this essay.It aims at three dominating aspects of reformations,the Security Council,finance problems and the Security Force,analyzes the standpoint of the U.S. Then specially points the bad influences the "unilateralism" made for the reformation. The last chapter is the innovation of the essay.At first the essay points out that the thought which America wants to use the new born "democracy federations" replace U.N cannot work predicatively.Next analyzes by using Neoliberalism,thereout bring forward my own view about develop trend between America and United Nations.
