Jurisprudential instructional model is an important issue of law education and an important way to cultivate qualified legal professionals, which directly influences the quality of law education. The task of instructional model is to impart knowledge and experience, practice vocational ability, and cultivate legal professionals. Judicial examination system is an important examination system to elect qualified legal professionals and prepare professionals force for judicial authorities, which directly responds the need of legal development. Law instructional model and judicial examination system have the same target to provide qualified legal professional, especially judges, prosecutors and lawyers. As labor division of the society becomes more and more detailed, instructional model and judicial examination commitment to their specific tasks. They serve for legal practice together and promote the development of rule of law.Under the background of judicial examination, innovating jurisprudential instructional model must be based on its relationship with judicial examination. We can't ignore judicial examination, neither should we regard the object of reform is only to meet judicial examination. The object of reform should be to meet the needs of the society. This thesis are based on the relationship of judicial examination and jurisprudential instructional model, aiming at the problem that the instructional model does not satisfy judicial examination and needs of society, and several measures including innovation in cultivating target as well as instructional content, method and evaluation are proposed in respect of jurisprudential instructional model.This thesis consists of five parts. The first part is to overview judicial examination system and jurisprudential instructional model. The second part is to reveal the influence on legal instructional model of judicial examination. The third part is to illustrate the relationship of judicial examination and jurisprudential instructional model which is to meet the need of society. The fourth part is to reveal the current problems of legal instructional model. The last part proposes several measures for innovating legal instructional model.
