Russian procuratorial organ can be dated back to the period of tsarist Russia in terms of its formation. After the establishment of soviet, procuratorial organ was regarded as legal supervising organ, belonging to judicial authority in view of attributes. After the decomposition of Soviet Union, Russian politics, economy and legal system have all been changed a lot, which has a corresponding influence on the establishment of legal position and attributes of her procuratorial organ. Nowadays, because Russian state organs are rebuilt by divisionalized rules, this causes that Russian jurisprudential circles have different understandings about the establishment of procuratorial organ and the formation of its legal position. Our procuratorial system has learnt from Russian's, therefore, the legal position change of Russian procuratorial organ will benefit our procuratorial system reform from her successful experience or unsuccessful lessons.
