Joint crimes is the crime that is very different with the simple crime. It is the complexed crime. And it is an important part in criminal law. This thesis is trying to demonstrate every aspect relative to the punishments of joint crimes by induction and analysis. This thesis concludes four chapters, each of which is in inherent logic relationship with each other. Four issues are answered here mainly, including the legislations in the punishment of joint crimes at present; why the accessory is to be punished; if there exists a frame of reference among the complicities in punishment; how to judge the punishments in detail. The argumentation of these four chapters pay attention to consistency and coherence of theory, and try hard to find the theory evidence, avoiding the instinctive thinking way relying on book-phrase and in lack of theory basis. Therefore, the thesis reasons the relative issues on penalty of joint crime from different angles, relative doctrines are arranged and a large margin of comparative method are applied.
