On The Easement

Easement originated in ancient Roman law and it is the earliest form of usufruct property in human hostory. Easement has been generated from the system for thousands of years, the structure of the system in its science and a unique system of rules contribute to the economic development of human society, particularly land resources, such as effective use of real estate. Unfortunately, our country has long been in the statute that did not establish the system of an easement, but the recent introduction of the "property law" will be the first of easements as a stand-alone system usufructuary property providing an exercise in China a progress property rights legislation. This article will introduce the basic theory, to explore the value of the system and function to the existing civil law and common law countries easements system analysis and comparison, the current system of our country and the shortage of Easements raise some of my own Views.
