On The Criminal Policy

Criminal policy is a dynamic progress .From the formulation to the implementation, people who work with the criminal policy need to follow the scientific method. In China, the criminal policy execution often deviate from the right way, the main reason is that the criminal policy formulation process is too simplified and the main content of the criminal policy often be misunderstood by the executive. In order to solve these problems, give the criminal policy correctly and comprehensively explanation is very important. This thesis briefly introduces the concept of criminal policy and the system of it. Through the analysis of the characteristics of the criminal policy in China, this thesis puts forward the concept of explanation of criminal policy; explain the necessity and feasibility of criminal policy explanation. This thesis also puts forward the principles and methods of the explanation, hope the scientific explanation can perfecting the criminal policy formulation and implementation, reduce the deviation and misunderstanding of criminal policy.
