We shoud pay more attention on the crime of the shady origin of enormous assets with the fight of anti-corruption running in our country. This thesis discussed the key problems of the crime of the shady origin of enormous assets on the basis of the combination with practice,discuss,review and analyzed them in an all-round manner.This article analyzed the elements of crime;the the burden of proof;the doctrine of the presumption of innocence ;the prescribed penalty of the shady origin of enormous assets and so on.Especially the objective aspect of the crime, the author mainly disscussed.In closing,the auther analyzed the limit of legislation about the crime and proposed suggestiongs.
