Jiamou Crime

This paper is based on a real life case, the author discussed some select parts from four guilties of Mr.Jia in the case.In this paper, the author gave his own views and comments of each part by knowledge from the book and other references.At the same time, the author put forward his proposals on new problems.In this paper, the problems involved are not only general provisions and specific provisions of the criminal law, but also involves substantive law and procedural law.The author would like to have a simple discussion with some criminal law's problems through the paper.
