Rural Areas Left Behind Psychological Prevention Of Juvenile Delinquency Research

At present, the problem of juvenile delinquency is growing in China's rural areas, the number of crimes and the proportion of the total crime on the rise year by year, which have been caused a relatively large threat on China's social stability, socialist new countryside construction and building a harmonious socialist society. These problems have become not be ignored in all sectors of society, including how to prevented the juvenile delinquency of staying in rural areas and how to make the youth could healthy growth of staying in rural areas.From criminal psychology, this paper studies how to conduct psychological prevention and through ask questions, analyze and solve problems make psychological prevention to juvenile delinquency of staying in rural areas.First, this paper described the status and summed up characteristics of juvenile delinquency about staying in rural areas for reflecting the necessity and urgency. On this basis, this paper detailed analysis the structure of psychological, characteristics of criminal mind, the constituent elements and formation of crime psychological structure, pointing out that the occur of juvenile delinquency in rural areas is based on the formation of criminal mind, and clear the feasibility about psychological prevention to juvenile delinquency of staying in rural areas.Finally, this paper put forward the psychological framework of prevention to juvenile delinquency based on in-depth analysis, we should implement some measures that is optimize the external environment for the psychological growth of youth staying in rural areas and reduce the external incentives; improving them psychological structure and enhancing the immune system; correcting and weakening the psychological structure of crime .we should implement positive impact and prevent formation or correct on criminal psychology , prevent its external into criminal acts, through control and exclude the related factor about formation of youth who staying in rural areas'criminal psychology, the aim is to prevent and reduce the crime.
