Juvenile delinquency has become a more and more serious social problem, in which violent crime takes a big proportion. Teenagers have experienced some rapid changes in body and mind during the stage of growth, this is also a process of socialization; therefore they behave under the control of consciousness. We can see that the psychological reason plays a crucial role in Juvenile delinquency. So when we talk about the problem of juvenile violent crime we should analyze the mental reason of these behaviors and the methods of correction and cure.Chapter 1 of this article reviews the theories of the psychological cause for juvenile violent crime. Scholars in our country have researched this problem from many aspects, there are numerous and complicated schools in the main land, whereas there is a relative unitary theory system. Foreign theories of the psychological cause for juvenile violent crime originate from many kinds of disciplines; all the schools of these theories have made abundant research and also a conclusion of this problem from different points of view of these disciplines. The views of all the schools at home or abroad have strong points as well as shortcomings.Chapter 2 analyzes the subject factor——psychological factor for juvenile violent crime. Psychological factor is the fundamental part of subject factor when analyzing the psychological cause for crimes. First, this article explains the personal inclination, psychology structure and psychology process of the young violent criminals by analyzing the youngsters'psychology structure. Second, it studied the whole mental outlook of the young violent criminals by analyzing youngsters'personality shortcomings.Chapter 3 analyzes the non-subject factor——educational factor for juvenile violent crime. Educational factor is the most important part of non-subject factor. First, this article explains the effects of a family on how the personality of young violent criminals shaped by analyzing the defect of family education. Second, this article explains the influences of schools, teachers and companions on the development of young violent criminals'psychology by analyzing the defect of school education. Third, this article explains the influences of faction, media on the development of young violent criminals'psychology by analyzing the defect of community education.Chapter 4 is about the cure of the youngsters'violent criminal psychology. First, it's expounded that self-control has good effects in restraining the juvenile violent crimes by developing their self-control ability through the training of self-regulating and self-supervising. Second, psychological consultancy can give directions to the psychological problems of young violent criminals by ways such as face-to-face consultancy and other consultancy through telephones, videos and letters; while psychological cure carry out a treatment by controlling anger.
