The system of multiparty cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the political system with Chinese characteristics. For adapting the development of socialist modernization drive and democratic politics, as the participatory parties, the democratic parties need strengthen the training of the talents and indeed enhance the ability of participating in the state affairs so as to better fulfill the function of the participatory parties and accomplish their historical tasks.To begin with, in my paper the connotation of the basic terms such as "the other democratic parties", "the talents from the participatory parties", "training", etc. are defined, then the preliminary research is conducted towards the nature, status and historical tasks of the other democratic parties and the importance of strengthening the training of the talents from the other democratic parties. To strengthen the training of the talents from the other democratic parties can help enhance the caliber of the cadres in the other democratic parties and reinforce the self-construction of the other democratic parties, and intensify the capability of the other democratic parties participating the state affairs, and deeply perform the function of the participatory parties, and push forward the socialist democratic politics, and integrate of all sorts of social benefits, and improve the competence of social benefit appeal.After the Third Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC, the training of the talents of the other democratic parties embraces the golden age in Chinese history. The training mechanism has been hierarchically founded the training substance and mode have been fixed, therefore with the multitudinous trained talents appearing the whole caliber of the cadres of the other democratic parties has been greatly reinforced. However, some problems and demerits still come to existence e.g. the backwardness of the training ideology, the disjunction between the training substance and demand, the conflict between the training and routine work, the absence of the scientific analysis towards training demand, the incompleteness of the training incentive mechanism and so on.On employment of the training experience from the west countries and the relevant theories of human resources, aiming at the training of the other democratic parties a number of suggestions are presented the following:1. refreshing the training ideology to reinforce the training of the talents;2.building the hierarchic and classified training system;3. conducting the scientific analysis towards the training demand;4. strengthening the practicability of the training substance;5. enriching the teaching methodology and attaching more importance to the on-line learning;6. building the more complete training effect and evaluation mechanism;7. building training files of the members of the other democratic parties.
