Exaggerated advertisements infract the consumers'rights directly and severely. The tenet of this text is to talk over the necessity, feasibility of the celebrity advertisements'legal liability & its specific pattern. The dissertation analyzed the mouthpieces'legal status and the actions of character, invoked all kinds of standpoints & drew lessons from foreign countries, then constructed the ideal pattern of its legal liability to supervise the exaggerated advertisements effectively, purify the advertising environment & protect the consumers' rights.
