Nowadays in China, there are many cities under construction. The real estate is becoming the most important industry to make the GDP growing up, and the stock market is relevant with this industry. As a result, this construction thing is the core of our country. As we all know that demolition is coming with construction and there are much more conflicts about demolishing houses. The reason which causes so many conflicts is about the interest.The most fury conflict is about the compensation. There are many ways to work this thing out but we all use civil law to explain this phenomena. We thought that compensation is just about the owner and the real estate developer, so the legislation says the two parts can decide everything about demolition and compensation. As a result of this explanation, the owners are becoming more and more weaker because they have little power to protect themselves and the compensation is usually unequal. These bad results are caused by legislation.The case JiuXianqiao is the first step to solve the problem. In this case, we organize the owners to vote for the demolition and the compensation. But people can not make the same idea about the demolition. Some thought it is OK to demolishing but others thought no, and we could not find a proper proportion of the people to make a decision. But in some cases, we have to renovate the city because the old buildings are very dangerous. The government and the group of the owners should play some parts in demolition.We know that every owner is collected to become a group by interest. So every owner has the collected rights and should obey the rule established by the group. Only in this way can we solve the problem.
