In On The "tang Dynasty" Endangering Public Safety Crime

Ancient China's rules have been recognized the importance of protect the public safety and order by legal instruments, so they set all kinds of criminal acts of endangering public safety in the laws in detail. This article will analyzes the offenses against public safety in Tang Code specifically based on the investigation of the offenses against public safety in the history of China law, then compare it with the offenses against public safety in contemporary China's criminal law, and in the end to find out the relevant provisions should be to learn in Tang Code. From this starting point for research, this article includes five sections:the first section difine the concept of offenses against public safety; the second section investigate the adopt by tradition of offenses against public safety in China's ancient law;the third section generalize the offenses against public safety in Tang Code, and analyse it's characters in the base of comparetion between contemporary criminal law;the forth section investigate the practise of the offenses against public safety in Tang Code;and the last section point out the use for reference from the offenses against public safety in Tang Code.
