| Western Europe was the birthplace of the socialist movement and the early center of the international communist movement. As the fire of communism spread around the world, the world's first socialist country - the Soviet Union was born in the 20th century. The establishment and the rapid rise of the Soviet Union greatly inspired the communist countries in the world, and directly promoted the international communist movement climax. In the CPSU's influence and help, the Communist Parties of Western Europe had been established. The early days of the Communist Parties had accepted the guidance of the CPSU. Their theory and policies, their practices struggle deeply branded with traces of the CPSU.With the further development of the international communist movement, the Communist Parties of West European and the Soviet Communist Party embarked on a different road of socialist revolution. According to the changed reality and proceeding from national conditions, the Communist Parties of West European put forward revolutionary theory and policy advocates which differed from the Soviet Union's. They no longer paid homage to the Soviet Union, and consciously dealt with a number of complex problems of the party in the socialist road. They no longer blindly followed the instructions of the Soviet Union and began to reflect shortcomings on the Soviet foreign and domestic policies .For refuses of the Communist Parties of West European (except for a small number of Communist Parties), the Soviet Union still played its role in the baton and took the corresponding repression and attacks, which had led to internal strife and division of communism. The Communist Parties of West European who asked around the "pro-Soviet" and "anti-Soviet" greatly reduced overall strength due to factional fighting communist movement in Western Europe's, and then this struggle was ongoing. In a sense, that they could not correctly handle the relations with the Soviet Communist Party was the Mishap development of Western Europe."Euro-communism"rose in the late 1970s. "Euro-communism" was both "Western European-style" socialist road of innovation practice of independent States in the Exploration, and Communist Parties of the joint anti-Soviet countries, and out of an increasingly rigid Soviet model of public declaration. There was no a single explanation on Euro- communism, and it only reflected a common collectively. This common expressed in comparison with the traditional theory of the Soviet Union, both party's guiding ideology, the revolutionary socialist road, on the model of socialism and international policy advocacy. All of them were both the challenges and departure from the Soviet Union. However, "Euro -communism" did not achieve great success in practice, failed to draw the boundaries with the Soviet Union .On the contrary, the Communist countries generally fell into the mire of recession after 80 years. The Radical Social Changes in Soviet and East Europe shocked the world, and it was a fatal blow to the Communist Party of the Western European. The joint pressure of hostile forces at home and abroad led that some of the Communist Party never rose again, and some Communist Party surname changing of the guard, as well as the party no longer exists. It could be said that the disintegration of the Soviet Union made the Communist Party of Western Europe which had been struggling to suffer from a political "Waterloo", and since then, Euro-communism gradually declining, increasingly marginalized. After the Radical Changes Western Europe the Communist Party in reserves, restructuring, rebuilding embarked on a lengthy renovation, the road to adjust. The Communist Party carried out a profound reflection on the Soviet Union model of the failure and thoroughly transcended traditional theory, and this in part was recognition. It is worth mentioning that voters of each party countries still concern, either wait, expected. To truly realize the Communist Party in Western Europe and even the eventual revival of the socialist vision remains long , tortuous course, and difficult. In addition each party treats their history correctly, and completely eliminates the negative impact of the former Soviet Union. The even more attention should be paid to the practical needs of voters, and the demand on voter interest. |
