Most of the Constitutions in the world have the content of the right to material assistance, so does our current constitution of 1982. The most typical provision of our Constitution about the right to material assistance is the Art.45, which says:"Citizens in old age, illness or incapacity of work have the right to get material assistance from the state and the society.
