Since reforming and opening, Chinese great practice of socialist modernization vigorously promote to the innovation theory of Marxist ideology, Marxism in contemporary China continues to be a new development, the concept of scientific development has proposed, the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has created the education of socialist core value system is being accepted by many people. In all, Marxism in the building of the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been validated, enriched and developed continuously, has become the theme of the social ideology.However, the mainstream ideology in China has grown in strength, but we also must note that the current ideological struggle is still fierce, the situation remains severe, non-mainstream ideology is also spreading, our ideological field has never been quiet, foreign capitalist ideology infiltrate strongly, domestic social transformation brought about many social problems, the feudal remnants of the impact of the culture and network information era, has been on Chinese political system and ideology to a certain extent the security threat. At the same time, the main body of social education of Marxist ideology often ignore, often a mere formality, the content is not practical, lack of innovation, and educate one way, one-sided, lag, lead to some people's ideals and beliefs have become blurred or fading. Some people is opposed to resist the Marxist ideology. In this case, the validity of Marxist ideology, social educational foundation and conditions for the effective implementation of social educational research is particularly important.This article is based on that the validity of Marxist ideology's social education is not enough. Article is divided into six parts, content and logic is as follows:PartⅠ:Introduction to study the effectiveness of Marxist ideology, social educational foundation and implementation of effective social educational conditions of theoretical and practical significance of research ideas, methods, innovation and so on.PartⅡ:The meaning of the Validity of Marxist ideology' social education and the basic constraints, respectively, from the ideology of social educational function and purpose and operation of the process point of view of social educational effectiveness of Marxist ideology to define the content. Marxist ideology, social educational effectiveness by its own internal legitimacy, truth and reality of the effectiveness and time constraints, faced with a social background, political background. cultural background, historical background and the external circumstances such as class background bound.
