Analysis Of The Prison Penalty Enforcement System, Perfect In The Context Of Building A Harmonious Society

Harmony is the essence of our nation, the Sixteenth National Congress of the CPC described the six features of the harmonious society:democracy and monocracy, fairness and justice, sincerity and amity, full of vigor, stable and orderly, harmony between man and nature. In the context of a harmonious society, we will think if our management of the prison is harmonious. However, a lot of cases told us the answer is No. This paper analyses the problems of commutation, parole, the execution out of prison, education, the execution of socialization according to the daily work. Moreover, giving suggestions which cover the main contents of the penalty execution system in prison. Of course, there will be a long way for our prison to be harmonious because of so many social contradictions, which will make contributions for the whole society harmony. Let's make efforts for it.
