The Right To Work To Protect The International Standards And Practice In China

International standards of Right to Work has gradually drawn the attention of the international community and study on it becomes deeper and deeper. With the world economy integration, labor relation in China is increasingly going global. It's of great concern on how to confirm domestic protection of Right to Work with international standards. To be specific, there are several significances to study above issue: firstly, it will ensure the effective implementation of the international obligations; secondly, it's the objective requirement of building harmonious society and"opening-up"strategy; last but not least, the introduction of international labor standards will enhance internationalization strategy of international businesses and their international competition ability.Currently there is much research on international labor standard home and aboard, but they are particularly emphasis on macro issues such as adoption, implementation and supervision. Domestic scholars'study mainly starts with China's labor law practice, which is also very extensive and macroscopic. The paper in a micro level analyses two key sources of International standards of Right to Work and then leads a comparative study between international standard and domestic practice, finally put forward several detailed suggestions to coordinate domestic practice with international standards.
