Following three traditional medias(newspaper, broadcast midea, TV), the internet exert a great influence on the way and the environment of the communication of copyrighted works. Interactive communication which is a new way of exploiting works brings obvious challenge to the existed copyright law. The related typical counties and international organizations, including China, accordingly take measures to cope with it. Based on a better appreciation of the international treaties and of the semantic analysis,The essay conducts specific investigation into the concept of the Right of Communication of Information on Network and devotes a lengthy and full discussion to relevant topics. The essay places great emphasis on the Secondary infringement of the right of Communication of Information on Network and analyses the secondary infringement Liability of different ISPs. The essay also makes brief analysis on fair use, technical measures and right management information which tightly correlate to the Right of Communication of Information on Network. Lastly, the author makes suggestion to the amendment of the copyright law.
