Along with the transformation of Chinese society and the continuous improvement of tertiary education, college students "employment difficult" problem has been increasing concern of all sectors to become China's economic and social development of the outstanding contradictions and problems. It is undeniable that the successive years of college enrollment, and social relations between the structural imbalances in supply and demand for the employment of university students do have a certain extent. From the job market point of view, on the one hand the University of employment difficulties, and some jobs have emerged a large number of job vacancies, the job market this contradictory situation is what caused it? Is essentially due to the University for professional cognitive bias caused by the existence. This is precisely through the social stratification theory and social stratification perspective of the social stratification in the process of social groups resulting from independent regime, social and cultural environment factors, social capital in the unequal distribution of social strata and traditional career concept 4 factors for the students of occupational cognitive effects.In this paper, under the guidance of the theory of social stratification, using individual interviews, questionnaires and other survey methods, using qualitative analysis, descriptive analysis to explain the process of social stratification of students by professional knowledge of those factors. This is a sociological point of view by empirical study of university students in career awareness, what are social factors, fundamentally put an end to a single individual to depart from the social psychological measurement methods disadvantages.As the process of social stratification vocational college students do not have a ready-made cognitive scale, and the existence of macro-elements can not be quantified on the issue, so this paper to extract relevant factors from the theory in combination with the reality of China's current conditions for factor analysis. Students learn professional knowledge that exist in the process of social stratification factors. And in accordance with the corresponding factor in the Chinese social stratification in the process of the problems raised awareness of the relevant aspects of vocational college students should take measures to intervene.
