In the new round of basic education curriculum reform, the conception, content, implementation and the evaluation of the new course are of greater breakthrough and innovation than before. Meanwhile, all teachers and educators have to be faced with many higher demands and challenges. The conception is the soul of an action. Every reform begins with conception revolutionary, So does the curriculum reform. The key step of a curriculum reform is the implementation. Meanwhile, the basic approach to the curriculum implementation is teaching. Therefore, this paper are focus on the research of the teaching conception of teachers, with the current international ideas and method. I choose some high school chemisty teachers as my subject investigated, and emphasize on the investigation and analysis of their teaching conception. The methods and results of this paper means to provide some useful guidance for promoting the transform of teachers'teaching conception and some helpful suggestions for the deeper reform of our. chemistry class teaching.This study used phenomenography and triangulation, combining with two research methods, that is qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method. Meanwhile, use SPSS software to analyze and process questionnaires and got a good result. Also, on the base of quantitative analysis, we got some further conclusions with qualitative analysis.Conclusions of this paper are:(1) The explicit knowledge concept of high school chemistry teachers in Shaanxi Province is the focus on basic knowledge and basic skills training; Superficial knowledge concept is focus on human development, that is, the improvement of scientific literacy; Tacit knowledge concept emphasis on knowledge and ability of taking the exam-oriented training. (2) The dominant learning concept of high school chemistry teachers in Shaanxi Province is cognitive Theory of Learning, focusing on learning to understand; Surface learning concept is the concept of constructivist learning, focusing on the construction of meaning; Silent learning concept is the concept of behavioral learning, Learning-based control. (3)Students are active learners is the dominant concept on the characters between teachers and students of high school chemistry teachers in Shaanxi Province; The surface concept on the characters between teachers and students is that teachers guide students to learn and students are the key characters in the classroom; The tacit concept on the characters between teachers and students is that the students are passive recipients and teachers are the key characters in the classroom. (4)The dominant concept of evaluation of assessment is based to promote students understand what they learn; The surface concept is to promote the improvement of scientific literacy of students; The silence detection evaluation concept is based on evaluation of student mastery of knowledge. (5) With some factors analysis, including gender, education, teaching experience, the school type, and regional distribution, we can say gender affects teachers'knowledge concept, learning concept and evaluation of assessment; teachers with different coaching years has different view on the teachers and students, different learning concept and the different view on evaluation of assessment; Dffenent education background, school types and district does not affect teachers'teaching concept. (6) The measures that promote the idea of teaching high school chemistry changes can be used to improve the examination system of evaluation, strengthen the nature of science teacher education and enhance the educational nature of teacher learning. (7) The transformation from concept to action is that teachers focus on their existing teaching ideas, continue to reflect on individual teachers to promote professional development and maturity and thus contributed to the transformation of new teaching ideas and implementation.
