In the condition of the market economy, the marketing personnel taking part in sports events are the main bodies of sports marketing activity, its overall quality and ability will influence the development and economic efficiency of sports events. In the Western countries, many enterprises are wild about the sports marketing, the academic research is also active. Reviewing our country situation, the sports marketing has already developed for many years, although obtaining some achievement , fundamental research is still relative lag. In our country, the national conditions are complicated and diversified, we must strengthen management about the sports events through people first and establish high quality marketing troop under the new situation, our marketing personnel can gain fast development, our enterprises will have a quicker development, we can realize the sustainable development. Improving their quality of marketing personnel in the sports event marketing can promote the effects of the sports industry development. The personnel quality model starts the Western developed countries at first and develops quickly, its development is very leading edge in our country, therefore, utilizing the research in the sports event marketing is also very little, many sports researchers have the insufficiency, raise methods is backwardness ,it lead to general effects of sports event marketing personnel quality. So it becomes a urgent question to the general sports experts to improve the quality of the sports event marketing personnel, expands sports event's influence well and enhance the scientific development of the support enterprises.Through utilizing the sports marketing study and the human resources management relating sports economic, organization management science and psychology and so on, This article discusses the questions about the personnel quality of sports event marketing. Through analysising the influencing factor to the sports event marketing personnel quality, this article proposes measures to improve the sports marketing personnel quality and give some management proposal to manage them.At first, preface elaborates the reason of the selected topic, the research background, the research goal and the significance. Second, literature summarized and induced the quality concept, the sports event concept, the sports event marketing as well as the sports event marketing personnel quality's research mainly according to the research need, this provided valuable reference and Mirror for this research.
