Teachers’ reflection as one of the important factors of teachers’ development, not only bridge the gap between education theory and practice, but also relate to the implement of the new curriculum reform, it’s one available way to facilitate experienced teachers transformed to expert teachers. As the new curriculum reform’s participants and undertakers, science teachers most needed consistence reflection on their own teaching, so that to accelerate theirs’ development. There are so many ways on promote teacher’s development, except traditional tools, teacher blog as a network technology have its own advantage, that appropriate for teachers’reflection, becoming the new way to improve teachers’ reflection. So analysis native and abroad teachers using blog as a tool to reflection are significant to improve oneself reflective level and broad reflective content as well, which has reality importance.In this paper, I collected Z and M teachers’ reflective posts about teaching, analysis theirs’reflection content and level. The structure of this paper contains four chapters. Chapter one: Introduction, address the origin and backgrounds of this study, then research problems, the meaning of this investigation, research methods and the thoughts of this study, abroad and local literature summaries are followed, including three parts such as teaching reflection’s level and reflection content, former studies about teacher blog, and the teacher blog’s impact for theirs’reflection. Chapter two:The core conceptions and the theory framework. First, introduce two core definition of this study, second, combined both the literature review and the reality of investigation objects’, clarified this paper’s theory framework. In chapter three:classified and analysis Z and M teachers’web blog posts by the theory framework (reflection level and reflection content) independently, then compared two teachers’ reflection content and level. Chapter four:analysis and discussion, aim to find out teacher blog’s advantage and disadvantage for teacher’s reflection, and put forward to corresponding suggestions.
