Since 1980s,the great paradigm changing in the world curriculum theory has caused the new wave of curriculum reform.The new wave of curriculum reform claims that the teacher not only is skillfullness,but also can be able to reflect deeply from the self,the society and the teaching etc.The teaching reflection has been the basic and internal requirements of the new curriculum reform.The extensive and deeply researchs on reflection,reflective teaching,reflective teacher of domestic and abroad scholars provide theories and methods for further researching on the teaching reflection strategy.The domestic and abroad scholars have paied more attention to the theory of reflection,reflective teaching and reflective teacher,but less on the deeply systematic research on teaching reflection strategy.This paper investigated and analysed the reflection existing states of middle school in urban area of Sanmenxia taking the elementary and secondary teacher as researching objection,proposed the related teaching reflection strategy.Firstly,based on making a summarizing of documents, this paper has clarified the theoretical and practice significance of research on teaching reflection strategy for primary and middle school teachers,sum up the backgrounds,the actual states, the methodological of teaching reflection strategy,traced its theoretical foundation.This study suggests that the researching on reflection strategy is favorable to improving the middle school teacher's ability of educational research, promoting the new curriculum reform and strengthening the construction of teachers.Secondly,in view of questionnaire investigation, on-the-spot investigation, and profundity survey,this paper analysed the teaching reflection difference of middle school teacher on the overall level,the gender, the seniority, the qualifications and titles etc. According to analysis of variance, the study gets the conclusion that the teaching reflection knowledge structure of secondary school teacher in this region is irrational, the way of teaching reflection is single, the campus building of democracy is weak, the administration of teaching research activities is oversight.Thirdly,based on consulting the relevant documents,this paper discussed accordingly to the current situation of urban area the specific measures of how to optimize the teaching reflection support systems; put forward the teaching reflection strategies and proposals having regional characteristics. This study suggested it should take the new curriculum reform opportunity to strengthen campus democracy construction, optimize the educational theory of teachers.in primary and secondary school; and take"teaching postscript"as carrier to enhance their reflective consciousness; train the teacher's wit by holding"life experience research"as a link; implement the"action research"to deepen the teaching reflection;perfectthe"master and apprentice"system to develop group reflection.
