As the world factory, in china, Enterprises aremostly labor-intensive enterprises. With the development of China’s industrial production,more and more worker injuries happened, industrial injury disputes problem isincreasingly serious. There are a lot of work related diseases cannot be affirmed asindustrial injury. Industrial injury affirmed is the premise that the worker enjoys treatmentof industrial injury insurance. Improving the system of industrial injury affirmed, keepingIndustrial injury fair and reasonable, protecting the interests of the workers become urgentpractical problems to solve.The new Regulation on Work-related Injury Insurances published in2004improvedand perfected the bylaw of Regulation on Work-related Injury Insurances and the "trialimplementation measures for Industrial injury insurance for enterprise employees".
