A Study On The Structural Differences Between Anshun Miao And Other Local Minorities

Ethnic relatively balanced development for national harmony, fairness andjustice in society is of great significance. For national development gap between theprevious concerns more of the ethnic minorities and the Han Chinese, and the ethnicminority regions among the various ethnic minorities including the development gapbetween enough attentions. The present study is to Anshun Hmong object for the casestudy to explore ethnic regions and national structural differences. Through empiricalresearch (survey and participate in the observation, as well as with officialinformation) found that Anshun Hmong and other ethnic groups (Chinese, Buyinationality), there is a clear structural differences: Anshun Hmong in level ofeducation, income level, the level of urbanization, and three indicators are clearlybehind other ethnic groups. Combined with the discovery, Anshun Hmong backwardand people of other nationalities, primarily because, as a result of historical AnshunHmong living mainly in the more remote areas, and the ecological environment ispoor, so resources are relatively scarce, and Anshun Hmong than other ethnic groupshave a more conservative, traditional culture, and the relatively conservative traditionand culture of the firm has hampered its for the modern element of absorption, whichcan affect their development. It is therefore necessary to reduce Anshun Hmong andother ethnic groups in structural differences, it is first of all necessary to change itsconservative culture, and expand to other national exchanges，integrated developmentof all types of resources and, at the same time, Governments to shun the Hmongtargeted policy measures.
