| In the highly modern industrialized society, workers are suffering the greatlyincreased risk of work injury accidents in the labor process. And it’s very important to getthe compensation for workers after the accidents, then work-related injury certificationprocedure which is prerequisite, play an obvious role.At present, the law of our country has already formed the work-related injurycertification procedures, but as the disconnection between theory and practice and thelimited legislative technique, it highlights lots of disadvantages in practice.
