A Study On The Application Of Social Work In The Process Of Socialization Of Community Children

The children socialization stage is the primary in a person’s life.Firstly,It is a very critical and important stage.Secondly,children are both subject and object in the socialization process. In the modern of society,There are various factors that affect children socialization.That means the children will encounter many new problems and challenges. The realization of children socialization can make the children comply with social ethics,constantly adapt to social roles and develop good social relations.What is more, It can make children develop their independent personality and character. Group social work is a kind of group social work.If someone divorced from the group,the individual can not learn more social significance and achieve their development targets.Therefore, the process of children socialization can make children activities and increase knowledge in group.At the same time,it will cultivating interest,and be able to make them properly to express their views and feelings,and to improve their ability to survive.
