Children socialization,an important period of socialization,is the initial stage of human socialization and it can promote social stability and prosperity.Based on the theories of social work,we do research on the children of J community to explore problems in the children socialization process.Based on the problems,we carry out pertinent activities through integrating different resources of community,families,volunteers and so on to help our objects of study learn to solve the socialization problems.These activities can improve their resilience,provide them with a better growth environment and lay a solid foundation for their future development.Based on half past three classroom in J community,we interview and investigate 30 families in the early stage before selecting 12 children as our study members.In the study,we analyze and identify children's needs of “half past three classroom” with questionnaire survey.Supported by strengths perspective theory,ecological systems theory and cognitive-behavioral theory,we get involved in children's socialization of half past three classroom with group work method.Considering requirements analysis and children's reality,we design relevant activities and make adjustments according to the actual situation.Finally,we evaluate the activities from the aspect of parenthood,interpersonal communication and so on.The practical experience and conclusions can not only provide a reference value to the social work practice of children socialization,but also promote the process of children socialization and the development of children's social work.
