On the one hand,teacher as dominant part in the teaching activities plays a crucial role to improve teaching efficiency.On the other hand, classroom teaching is the first important thing in teaching activities. Therefore, teacher in the classroom can effectively feedback, which can play a role for the students’ academic performance and even learning interest, learning methods. Under the new teaching concept, the classroom teacher status, it seems not as good as the supreme, but the new teaching idea advocated exert students’ subjective initiative does not mean that the teacher was out of the teaching activities, on the contrary, the new concept more required first-line teachers can grasp the class time, for a limited time to improve the classroom efficiency. Classroom feedback, therefore, the teacher can effectively not only related to the students’ learning situation, but also can adapt to the new teaching idea of the indicators. Obviously, the effectiveness of the teachers’ feedback in class or not, is critical.In the domestic and foreign related research literatures in this paper, after collecting a large amount of teaching examples, to the actual teaching cases to reflect the problems of teachers’ feedback in the class, and then based on the relevant theory of known and explore my own thinking, summed up my humble opinion which can help teachers improve class feedback.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of research, this paper summarizes the current research status of domestic and foreign to this topic at the same time, as well as to the research status of self. Finally on the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ achievements, I define the concept of this article.Secondly,the paper introduces some effective classroom feedback methods. Mainly in the summary and feedback related theory, observation, investigation, the teachers and students class and extracurricular situation, puts forward effective classroom feedback formation process and the characteristics of effective classroom feedback. Theory is the basis of practice, in summarizes the related theory and put forward the reference process is more scientific and effective.After intronducing the research,the writter return to teaching practice teaching in the classroom, through auditing, observation, found a line problems existing in the classroom now.The purpose of the research is not just in order to found the problem, but also in order to solve the problem. Therefore, how to solve the problem is coming. From the two aspects of theory and case,I put forward my humble opinion to improve effectiveness into teachers’ feedback in class.
