With the rapid development of modern tennis level, theregradually forms: various new reasonable combinations between technology with theball and without the ball; organic combination among speed, strength, angle, depth androtation; all kinds of tactics of a variety of changes and concealment and protectivecontrol. All of these lead to the constant progress of tennis technology. We divide tennisages from6to18into: enlightenment stage(6to9years old), elementary stage(10to12years old), improvement stage(13to15years old), high level stage(16to18years old).Each age stage has the same tasks, teaching methods and means, and adolescent stagefrom8to12years old is an important stage to form and develop tennis technical. In thispaper, the research object are the young tennis team athletes(8to12years old) inChengdu Sports and Technology Institute and the investigation object are some expertsand coaches. The thesis mainly uses the method of documents, questionnaire surveymethod, mathematical statistics method, expert interview, logical analysis, comparativeanalysis and tracking research method to monitor and analyze the process of thecoaches’ tactics arrangement and training content of Chengdu Sports and TechnologyInstitute. The main training content of junior tennis tactics aging8-12years old are:mastering the basic tennis techniques and tactics, developing general athletic ability andcultivating their tennis interest. The training uses the technology and tactics trainingcontent as the breakthrough point and then makes induction and summary for thecontent to complete the theory of young tennis (8-12years old) and training. And hopethis can provide certain reference for the training of coaches.In this paper, the following conclusions:18to12years old adolescent tennis athletes training tasks:(1) physical quality:focus on the athletes’ flexibility, coordination, balance, flexibility, rhythm and speed ofresponse ability;(2) technology: to learn and master the basic technology of tennis(bottom line forehand and backhand shots, serving and receiving, high pressure ball,volley ball and rebound), at the same time pay attention to basic pace, balance and shift;(3) tactics: learn the basic stance and the basic tactics of singles and doubles, selectshots lines and methods in the process of training, serving and receiving to Net in theprocess of training and cultivate their tactical awareness.2The main technical and tactical tasks: learn the basic stance, the basic tactics ofsingles and doubles; route choice, shot method, with the ball and serve and receiveaccess to the net in the process of training, cultivating their tactical awareness.3The technical and tactical training methods:(1) technical training methods: manyballs training method, shadow practice method, swing and pace practice, touching wall method, scoring method, circuit training method;(2) tactical training methods: gametraining method (seven-point system,11-point system,20-point system,21-pointsystem), many balls training method, filling the ball training method.4In the process of training of8-12years old teenagers, the summer training for8-12years old teenagers is from1stJuly to15thAugust which is called as the first stageof training, and the second stage of training for8-10years old is from1stSeptember toearly November, and from early November to25thJanuary for8-10years old (female)junior tennis training is the winter training which is the third stage. In the trainingprocess, the technical and tactical percentage is60%to80%and physical qualitytraining is20%to40%. The team training time is2-3hours, and in the process oftraining the technical and tactical training arrangements is: technical and tacticaltraining, tactical training, double match, single match, combination training oftechnique, tactics and physical psychological, technical training.
