| Social technology development has brought forward the new challenges for school education. Creativity training as an important subject was placed in the heart of educational innovation. Albert Einstein once said:"ask a question more important than solving problems."Creation began in questions, and creative problem finding ability is an important part of creativity, which was highly valued by the educational researchers. Although the development of the times required education to provide high creative talents, but on the other hand school education is facing the lack of awareness of students and the problem of low creative problem finding ability. The research on this subject that training of creative problem finding ability, taking Physics for an example, investigates the various factors affecting the development of the creative problem finding ability of high school students, then combines creativity investment theory and proposes effective teaching strategies, to be desirable to provide a reference for school innovation, especially physics teaching. Many method are used in the thesis, such as the literature investigation, interviews, test method, unobtrusive measures, questionnaire survey and so on. The main research content and achievements are as follows:The first part is study summary. It makes a review to internal and external theories about creativity, creative problem finding ability (CPFA) and influencing factor of CPFA, then prospects the future trend. Meanwhile, research content, research program, research method and research significance are given in chapter one.The second part is the theories foundation. The main theories cover education theory and psychology theory. The problem teaching theory establish contact between CPFA and education, theory of questioning thinking gives the process of problem formulation, the investment theory of creativity offer the guidance for constructing questionnaire and promoting the teaching policy. The third part is. Taking notes on what student asked and teacher’s feedback in twenty physical lesson, then concluded that:(1) Overall, fewer students asked questions in the class, they are lake of problematic consciousness and motivation to ask;(2) From the analysis of question content, the motivation of students to ask questions is external motivation such as completing a course and improve their study. They are barely driven by the internal motivation such as interest has interest, curiosity.(3)Study about the teachers’ feedback, teacher answer the questions directly instead of indirectly. In addition, teachers attach little importance on student’s questioning behaviors. The chapter four is empirical study. We used test method to measure the CPFA of192high school students, at the same time, we surveyed the factors that influence this ability by questionnaire in physics class, the main results are as follows:(1) there are three factors that influence this ability, i.e. teacher factor, student factor and class environment, ranking as their influences importance.;(2) Teacher factor teaching methodology and teaching philosophy, teacher’s knowledge structure and teaching feedback have not impact on CPFA;(3) In student factor, peer pressure and self-action was’ highly correlated’ to CPFA;(4) Among the environmental factors of class, the one factor that has influence in CPFA is classroom environment;(5) the effect of teachers, peers, environment on students of different gender and different grades varied a lot.The fifth part is the optimum strategy of classroom instruction, In this part, this paper proposes five key strategies:constructing an integrated network of physical knowledge, creative thinking style development, creative personality cultivation, creativity motivation inspiration, creativity environment formation. In order to provide a reference for teachers, the writer put forward the methods, examples and requirements of the teaching strategies.Chapter six is the conclusion, this part summarized research results and main innovative points of the study briefly. Finally, points out the limitations and future research expectation in this study. |
