With the development of football in modern time, tactics are improving constantly and the speed of conversion in Offensive and defensive process become faster and faster. Besides, as the responsibilities and exercise load upon the athletes are increasing, the requirement of the footballers’ exercise quality become higher and higher. In order to make the players adapt to the pace of the game as quickly as they can with energy appropriate to meet the requirements of the standard tactics, a high value will be need for physical training which specialized in implementing the tactics. Under the background of tactics, the energy level of the player in different field positions will have a determinative effect on the implementation of tactics as a result that energy will become an important factor in determining the results of football matches. The paper uses the method of documentation, observation, comparative analysis, expert interviews, mathematical statistics and other research methods to analyze the matches between football teams with typical styles in the2012/2013and2013/2014UEFA Champions League match Moreover, the paper conducts the analysis of the running distance of players and statistical of every technical aspects. furthermore, the reasons for technical data differences in each half based on different tactical missions of the players are studied to research on in order to analyze football teams of different styles and probe in the required energy levels of players in different positions.On this foundation, the author proposes the energy training strategies for football teams of different tactic characteristics which will provide a reference for energy training of football coaches and their players. The conclusion can be listed as follows:1. Physical training is the foundation of football in modern times which affects the application of football tactics from many aspects. With an increasing demand for the tactics in football field, there is a higher demand for the energy which will reach to the full tactics. That is to say, energy is the " fuel" in a tactical implementation.2The tactical training should focus on diversification of content, which is the direction of football training. The balance between offense and defense is still the safest way to pursue in the application of tactics today. There mustn’t have "one-sided" situation in tactic organization and the distribution of offense and defense should be reasonable. Moreover, team tactics will be multiple instead of single.3. Different tactics will have different physical demands on athletes. In order to support the success implementation of certain tactics, player’s physical ability will be different if there is a guarantee for reaching to the full tactics.4. Energy impact on the effectiveness of different tactics is not the same. Passing and controlling is the core of "controlling" tactics and in which energy will guarantee the passing."Attacking" mainly focuses on persistence and energy plays a vital part in dealing with details. When it comes to the "Direct tactics", physical exertion will be emerged in the first half. In the process, energy supports the leading various data because in the last half energy is the reason for data’s decline. Furthermore, energy will greatly affect the precise of cooperation in "counterattack" and the players’positioning ratio.5." contrlling type "," skill-based type " mainly focus on the aerobic endurance, flexibility and quality, sensitive qualities, reaction speed and movement speed training The " offensive " focus on " Aerobic-Anaerobic " mixed endurance, speed endurance, explosive power, strength, endurance and other qualities; The’direct-type " should improve accelerative running capacity, anaerobic endurance, explosive power of lower limb and other qualities;’defensive back-type " should highlight aerobic endurance, speed endurance, strength endurance and other quality training.
