How Jiang Xi's Young Football Player Individualism Effect On The Forming Of The Thinking Consciousness Of Tactics

After 2006 German World Cup, we clearly saw that team which want to obtain triumph have to count on the big gun's individual exertion beside every players make great efforts togeter. The big gun of the team, who make a decisive breakthrough, or a skillfu pass, these small things will determine the outcome of the game. In this sort of hot and high strength match, big guns still can exert their ablity skillfully, it is closely related to the psychological training. The notion of individualism play a very important role in critical time. In theory, the study on football players s psychological training and its quantitative analysis is short. This paper take the measure use of literature and interview on expert and experiment to study our sbuject. 60 young football players of XiShang civil and military school was educated by three diffirent ays that promote their notion of individualism, and then we compare the different outcome. It shows that: by imporveing notion of individualism, players will be more skillful and selfconfident, they can distill and apply their consciousness of tactics more quickly. By analysing the experimental data, we can analyse how the individualism impact on the form of the player's psychology. It can povide corresponding academic reference for football player's psychological training in our country.
