From the end of 19 th century to the beginning of 20 th century, to improve the severe situation of the nation and to realize the revival of the society, many men elites persistently found ways to save the nation and the people. The underdevelopment of women’s educational rights was regarded as one important reason for the nation’s declination. Appeal of women’s education in the elite women who are distinguished, LüBicheng is one of them. As the "Modern Chinese poetess first",the new Chinese educator, pioneer of the modern feminist movement, LüBicheng got more attention in poetry circles, but it hardly have heard that her efforts to promote women’s education, advocacy and other feminist ideology in education academics.In this paper, LüBicheng as one of the women trying to live in a patriarchal society during the late Qing Dynasty,She paid more attention to Women ’s Education. Psychohistory research paradigm is used in this paper, Analyzing the growth of the individual facts and founder of the “Northern Women’s Public School in Tianjin”in a certain degree and summarized her thoughts of women’s education. Meanwhile, some innovative efforts are taken with using psychohistory Research Paradigm. LüBicheng founded the “Northern Women’s public school in Tianjin” and as the first president during that time, she implemented a series of educational initiatives and summarized from the theoretical point of view. Some published views on women’s education about that time are showed in "Ta Kung Pao" and other publications. LüBicheng’s childhood as well as her unique personality characteristics, behavior characterization methods are inseparable. With the perspective of psychohistory, historical figures can be restored closer to a female educator’s life and thoughts to some extent. At the same time, Women’s education was thought to sort, refine and reflection as well as to provide a reference for sexual education and other educational issues.
