Backcourt vacated smash technology is fast, strength, multi line, angle is large, easy to get high,in view of this, this paper selects 5 different level badminton athlete as the object of study, using the method of literature, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method and the experimental data are accumulated literature datacollection, analysis and sports biomechanics through the experimental data results vacatedsmash technology on the back.Abstract.That analysis and by comparison of experimental results: badminton specialized students at college level tended to use a relatively longer time to swing rackets and hit balls; secondly, the state level 2 or above level athletes applied a short period of time on these actions; thirdly, for international level athletes, their fluctuation of the right shoulder joint angle change curve was between 125°±5°—175°±5°,with a minimum and maximum angle close to 180° which was beneficial to using upper arm force and obtaining higher batting points; fourthly, braking shoulder and elbow simultaneously would affect badminton smash speed, and this phenomenon wasfound widely among international and state level athletes, however, it was not obvious among the specialized athletes group; fifthly, for the state level 2 or above level athletes, the twist angular velocity was close to 400°/sec, while the two specialized athletes’ twist angular velocity was 300°/sec and 310 °/sec respectively, which was relatively slow; lastly, when smash up, friction between human body and the ground was bigger among international and state level athletes than the specialized athletes.According to the experimental results, suggestions are as follows: 1, the training should emphasize strengthening the small muscles of the flexor carpi radialis, thenar muscle and long palmar muscle, with a focus on the explosive force of using wrists and fingers; 2, specialized athletes should control their movements before the dynamic formation of smash movement and fix should and elbow joint angle in correspondence with the range, to facilitate the stable and smooth movement of smash; 3, athletes should extend their elbow joints as early as possible before batting since having their forearms and writs rotate externally and extend fully would benefit the moment of batting: their forearms could have the internal rotation rapidly and their writs could rotate inwardly so the speed of swinging rackets would increase;4 fourthly, in ordinary training athletes should strengthen the muscles of lumbo abdominal group in order to increase their twist angular velocity, and meanwhile advocate the swing code of “using waits to replace hands”; fifthly, improve the flexibility of hip and knee joint peripheral muscles and increase the range of motion of knee joints to facilitate the flexibility of lower extremity joints, which will help speed up the energy transfer upwardly.
