Objective:Exploring the role of special strength in the forehand jump smash of badminton.By analyzing the characteristics of the upper limbs,trunk and lower limbs in the process of jump smash and the key factors influencing the technical movements,the objective evaluation index of the effect of badminton forehand jump smash is constructed.The system is used to find the relationship between the main parameters of the forehand jump smash action before and after the 6-month special strength training intervention,in order to provide experimental basis and theoretical support for the improvement of badminton special technical teaching and training level.Methods:The study is divided into three phases.The first stage:using questionnaires and interviews to survey 64 badminton teachers and coaches,to understand the indicators for evaluating the special strength of badminton athletes and the systematic training method for developing special forces,and to test and evaluate the effect of badminton jump smash action in the later stage.And lay the foundation for the systematic training method of building special forces.The second stage:12 Vietnamese national badminton players and 6 badminton special college boys are selected as research objects.The technical analysis is analyzed by image analysis method,and the corresponding kinematic parameters and motion technical parameters are tested.The test indicators are related to the parameters such as the speed of the shuttle after the jump smash,and the key factors affecting the effect of the badminton jump smash are clearly defined.The third stage:20 badminton special college students were randomly divided into 2 groups,10 in the control group and the experimental group,and the experimental group was given 6 months of special strength training using 34 system exercises and Nautilus fitness equipment for special strength.2 times a week.The control group used the traditional practice in the badminton professional teaching course of Ha Noi Sports Education University.The test indicators were tested before the experiment and the training intervention for one month,two months,three months,four and a half months and after the experiment,including at different intervention time points.The high-speed video system collects three kinematic parameters such as the speed of the shuttle,the speed of the head,and the range of the center of gravity,and tests three accuracy test indicators such as the accuracy of the smash,jump smash,and moving the jump smash 10 times,and the vertical jump,one-minute push-ups,forehand grip,lower limbs,shuttle throwing,standing long jump,and other six evaluations of special strength indicators,plus the elbow extension at the acceleration time before and after the experiment,the wrist extension at the time of the shuttle,and the preparation of Prep Three items,such as the time of the SC when the racquet touches the shuttle,reflect the technical parameters of the effect of the jump smash action.Results:1.Shuttle speed,head racket speed,and lift the body can be used as the three main kinematic parameters for evaluating the forehand jump samsh of badminton.The elbow extension at the acceleration moment,the wrist extension at the time of the shuttle,and the preparation from Prep to the racket.When the time of contact with the shuttle SC,the accuracy of the smash,jump smash,and moving the smash 10 times each time can be used as the six main technical parameters reflecting the effect of the jump smash action.2.The higher the level of professional sports,the greater the influence of kinematics,technology and special forces on the effect of the jump smash action,the speed of the head racket,the degree of improvement of lift the body,the technical parameters of the jump smash action,the accuracy of the jump smash action and the evaluation index of the special strength and The higher the correlation of the shuttle speed.The speed of the national-level athletes is highly correlated with the speed of the shuttle(r>0.95).The increase of the center of gravity is significantly correlated with the speed of the shuttle(r>0.85).The speed of the head of the special boys and the increase of the center of gravity are also significantly related to the shuttle speed(r>0.8),indicating that the higher the professional sports level,the higher the correlation between the head speed and the lift the body and the shuttle speed.There are similar relationships between the technical parameters of the jump smash action,the accuracy of the jump smash action and the special strength evaluation index and the shuttle speed.The higher the level of professional sports,the technical parameters of the jump samsh action,the accuracy of the jump smash action,the special strength evaluation index and the shuttle speed.The higher the relevance.3.The kinematic parameters and special strength indicators of the national athletes were significantly higher than those of the female athletes(p<0.01),and the technical parameters of the jump smash movements were not significantly different(p>0.05);The comparison between athletes and special boys shows that the kinematic parameters,special strength indicators and technical parameters of the jump smash athletes of male athletes are significantly higher than the special male student(p<0.01).4.The correlation coefficients of the 3 kinematic parameters,6 technical parameters and six special strength evaluation parameters are 0.8838 for male athletes,0.8552 for female athletes and 0.8013 for special boys.Explain that the higher the level of professional sports,the greater the impact of kinematics,technology and special forces on the effect of the jump smash action.5.After 6 months of special strength training,the kinematic parameters,technical parameters and special strength evaluation parameters of the experimental group were significantly higher than before the experiment(p<0.05),and also significantly better than the control group(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the indicators at 3 months,indicating that at least 3 months of special strength training is required to convert the training results into the effect of the jump smash action.Conclusion:1.This study constructs and verifies the evaluation index system of badminton forehand jump smash effect,including three kinematic parameters such as shuttle speed,head racket speed,and center of gravity increase,elbow extension at acceleration time,and wrist at the time of the shuttle.Joint extension,time from preparation of Prep to the time of SC when the racket touches the shuttle,6 technical parameters such as the accuracy of the smash,jumping smash,and moving jump smash 10 times,and positive 6 special strength evaluation parameters such as:vertical jump,one-minute push-up,hand grip,lower limb strength,shuttle throwing,standing long jump.2.The higher the level of professional sports,the greater the influence of kinematics,technology and special forces on the effect of the jump smash action,the speed of the head,the degree of improvement of the center of gravity,the technical parameters of the jump smash action,the accuracy of the jump smash action and the evaluation index of the special strength and the higher the correlation of the shuttle speed.3.At least 3 months of special strength training is required to transform the training results into a jump smash jump action effect.The 6-month special strength training has a significant effect on the improvement of the effect of the jump smash action.
