Purposes:Hypertension of chronic pressure overload Cause The change of cardiac structure and function(Cardiac remodeling),Decreased cardiac function is the main performance,It will eventually develop congestive heart failure. The domestic and foreign information:the increasing myocardial apoptosis is the important reason for heart function decline in :Hypertension of chronic pressure overload.Long term aerbic esersice not only enhance the heart function, delay the pathological process of heart disease, reduce the disease mortality of cardiovascular but also Play a useful role in cardiac apoptosis signal pathway potentially. So the experiment established a mouse model of pressure overload to study the long-term effects of aerobic exercise on expression of genes related tohypertension, cardiac function and myocardial apoptosis in mice.Methods:45 wild-type mice(C57B/L6),male,5weeks.Divided into 3 groups randomly for the control group(CON),operation groupgroup(TAC) and operation and exercise group(TAE).TAE group do aerobic exercise for 14 weeks and transverse aorta constnctron when the aerobic exercise for tenth weeks.TAC group transverse aorta constnctron in the same time with the TAE group. The mice in group TAE recovered 4 days before operation 4 weeks aerobic exercise. All of the three groups of mice were performedechocardiography and hemodynamic examination, at the same time on myocardialapoptosis related gene Bax, Bcl-2 and P53 m RNA expression were detected when group TAE of aerobic exercise at the end. Results:After the transverse aorta constnctron group TAC the main blood pressure and aortic left ventricular end systolic pressure was significantly increased(P<0.05).left ventricular internal dimension systole(LVIDs) and left ventricular internal dimension diastole(LVIDd) of Group TAC is larger than group CON(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(EF%) of group TAC changed smaller than group CON(P<0.05).eft ventricular internal dimension systole(LVIDs)and left ventricular internal dimension diastole(LVIDd) of Group TAE is smaller than group TAC(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(EF%) of group TAE change larger than group TAC(P<0.05).The Baxm RNA and P53 m RNA expressionchange more than group CON in group TAC and the Bcl-2m RNA expression change less(P<0.01).Bcl-2/Bax of group TAC higher than group CON(P<0.01).The Baxm RNA and P53 m RNA expression change less than group TAC in group TAE and the Bcl-2m RNA expression change more(P<0.05).Bcl-2/Bax of group TAE higher than group TAC(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The long-term pressure overload increased expression of Bax, P53 of myocardium decreased expression of Bcl-2, the Bcl-2/Bax and heart function in mice.(2)Long term aerobic exercise decreased expression of Bax, P53 of myocardium increased expression of Bcl-2, the Bcl-2/Bax and heart function in Pressure overload mice.(3)The expression of aerobic exercise to improve cardiac function of the pressure overload may be related to expression of myocardial apoptosis gene such as Bax, P53, Bcl-2.
