Purpose of Research:To investigate whether long-term aerobic exercise effect along with transverse aorta constnctron is a ideal way to creat an animal model which is able to be used in the research of the influence on cardiomyocyte hypertrophy caused by overload pressure from long-term aerobic effect.Research Method: Choose 45 healthy C57BL/J6 male mice, after conmon adaptive feeding, categorize them randomly into four groups with 15 mice each.There are the normal, hypertension, and hypertension motion group. The first group which is fed conmonly, would be the normal control group(CON). The second group is the hypertension group(TAC). After 10 weeks’ conmon feeding,mice in this group undergo aortic narrowing operation, which causes overload pressure and they will have hypertension. The third group, the hypertension motion group(TAE), starts aerobic exercise after mice have adaptive feeding and does aortic narrowing operation on them 10 weeks later. Depending on the status of the mice, we will adjust motion intensity and let them continue doing exercise.14 weeks later, the mice would go through ultrasound, pressure measurement,material drawing and dying. Cardiomyocyte hypertrophy on the mice could be determined by the result. Whether the amount of exercise is appropriate could be assessed by observing the mice’s weight, diet and motion status.Result of Research: With an obvious difference(P<0.05), blood pressure of mice in the hypertension group is higher than that of mice in the normal group, which means that the model constructed through aortic narrowing operation is desirable. This indicates that aerobic exercise could make a positive effect on the heart function of mice with hypertension, and the approach adopted turns out to be suitable and the amount of exercise is moderate.Conclusion of Research: Adopting aerobic exercise mediation to cause overload pressure is a stable and suitable method to construct hypertension model on mice.
