The Philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine is one of the Chinese traditional culture forms;because the Philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the integration of ontology and epistemology, so the forms of the Traditional Chinese Medicine inevitably show up the original ecological feature of the Chinese Philosophy.The relationships between the basic principle of Chinese Philosophy and the forms of Traditional Chinese Medicine indicated that the thinking mode of the Traditional Chinese Medicine and the basic principle of Chinese Philosophy show the basic meaning of their cultures on the uniformity of both.In other words, the Traditional Chinese medicine represents the basic features of Chinese culture and philosophy.The introduction of the Philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine concept into the school management field is not only a topic with practical significance, but also a topic with times challenges.The school governance is a new subject which belongs to the management subject and is a branch of Management.Its principle fundamental is basically inherited from the Management, and it still needs to be improved and perfected continuously.Since the reform and opening of our country, the pace of education reform changes quickly with the development of economic market.The school governance also appears a lot of reforms and a lot of new and practical problems appear under such kind of environment, and these reforms propose new requirements on the school governance theory. The objective of this research is to compare the philosophy theory of the Traditional Chinese Medicine therapeutic theory with the practical problems faced in the school governance;analyze the feasibility of the philosophy theory in the Traditional Chinese therapeutic theory that the school governance uses for reference.According to the research result, there is still a lot of universality for the philosophy theory of Traditional Chinese therapeutic theory applied in the school governance, and the main suggestions are as the following:(1)the reform of the assistant and guide and the school governance system;(2)the improvement of the balance of Yin and Yang and the relationships between teachers and students in the school;(3)the form of checking erroneous ideas at the outset and the sense of school’s public security;(4) The optimization of the Three Categories of Etiological Factors System and the management environment of school.
