A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Trust Mechanism In Virtual Learning Community

Information technology education has become the inevitable trend of the era of knowledge economy, which affects the education idea, mode, content, methods and means of education and teaching fields. With the rapid development and popularization of Internet, virtual learning community emerge as the times require, giving people a new network learning platform,breaking the traditional teaching methods, making up for the deficiencies of traditional education,as one of the most important ways of network learning now. Building trust mechanism in virtual learning community is the basis for the harmonious and healthy development of the virtual learning community. The purpose is to analyze what factors affect trust in the virtual learning community, put forward construction strategies of the trust mechanism in virtual learning community, construct and provide a reference in order to improve the trust mechanism of virtual learning community.By combining literature research method and interview method, this paper constructs a model of influence factors of trust mechanism in virtual learning community, the factors influencing the trust mechanism in virtual learning community is divided into three dimensions:community website factors, individual factors and members of the community factors. Virtual learning community website factors is the focus of this paper, including six factors: virtual learning community website visibility, community scale, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, safety and community management; individual factors include four aspects: individual tend to trust, education degree, gender and age; members of the community factors include three aspects: member identity, similarity and interaction, a total of 13 influence factors of trust mechanism in virtual learning community. Using these variables as the breakthrough point, put forward the related hypotheses, through the questionnaire survey and empirical analysis method for data collection and analysis, then draw the conclusion: in addition to two factors: the individual factors of gender and education degree, other factors have significant influence on trust mechanism in virtual learning community. Finally, according analysis the conclusions,giving suggestions to improve or perfect trust mechanism in virtual learning community, to provide a reference for the future study of trust mechanism in virtual learning community.Limited to the shortage of manpower, material resources and time, there are some limitations in my paper. In the following research I will continue to explore and discuss the research about the refinement of the development stages of virtual learning community trust mechanism; the interaction between the factors influences; with the development of virtual learning community, the new possible influence factors will be produced in virtual learningcommunity trust mechanism etc.
