With the wide spread of information technology and the rapid development of computer technology, education play a positive reaction to the community in order to walk in the forefront of the times so that it must embark on the road of educational information. From the perspective of educational psychology, the real knowledge of the human brain is in touch with the reaction to the objective reality of things. Unlike other social assets, the more sharing of knowledge, the higher their social value. Only when learners communicate and share with each other in learning it have a new creation and achieve the greatest contribution to knowledge. The virtual learning community is the new network teaching platform for computer information processing technology based on constructivist theory, network resource sharing technology and multimedia information display technology, and it is also learning a new form of organization.Based on the status of the background of the times and the current virtual learning community, we will use literature research, questionnaires, action research, empirical research methods of virtual learning communities to evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge sharing,draw the appropriate evaluation and corresponding empirical analysis.The first part is an introduction. the study focuses on the background, significance and current research status at home and abroad, and accordingly combing and analysis methods.The second part focuses on virtual learning communities and knowledge-sharing related concepts and theories. Including the definition of a virtual learning community, character,famous theoretical results analysis, the role of the members of the virtual learning communities and knowledge-sharing elements of virtual learning community knowledge sharing methods and knowledge sharing in virtual learning communities the value and significance.The third part is the status of virtual learning communities to analyze knowledge sharing,including knowledge sharing patterns and influencing factors, and draw knowledge sharing in virtual learning communities through empirical analysis of the problems.The fourth part is the core part of this paper, namely the construction of virtual learning community knowledge sharing effectiveness evaluation system model. In this chapter, the first related to the evaluation methods are introduced, and then select the most suitable method for the evaluation of this project- a multi-layer fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Using this evaluation method evaluation model construct and draw weight of each evaluation index weight.The fifth part is the fourth part of the evaluation model for the conduct of the amendment application in practice. The author based on the actual situation, select NORMAL MediaInstitute "to study science and technology" virtual learning community model evaluation system for the fourth part of the empirical analysis.
