It is generally believed that virtual learning community is a self-organizing interpersonal group and learning environment constructed by learners with common learning interests and learning purposes under the network environment.The application of virtual learning community in network education enables learners' learning experience,learning experience and value emotion to be connected.With certain technical support,community members effectively realize the sharing and utilization of knowledge,experience and various resources through self-learning and collaborative learning,and promote the development of learners' individual wisdom and the formation of collective wisdom.With the rise of mobile interconnection and the development of big data and cloud computing technology,MOOC,micro-lessons,course creation and other diverse educational resources and educational services are emerging,creating favorable technical conditions and basis for knowledge sharing.Knowledge sharing and transformation in virtual learning community become more convenient,and learners can access virtual in a more flexible and fast way.The proposed learning community,learning experience has become more humanized and personalized,accelerating the development of online education industrialization in China.Therefore,how to supervise,evaluate and regulate the effective sharing of knowledge in virtual learning community has important practical significance and value.At the same time,knowledge sharing in virtual learning community is mainly realized in the process of autonomous learning and collaborative learning of community members,which conforms to the interactive and collaborative characteristics of education informatization.The research of knowledge sharing in virtual learning community is also the need of the development of education informatization.At present,the research on knowledge sharing evaluation at home and abroad mainly focuses on the field of enterprise knowledge management.Through the evaluation of knowledge sharing,the obstacles to knowledge sharing in enterprise organizations can be solved,and the purpose of enterprise system innovation,the growth of soft power and knowledge realization can be realized.The research field of virtual learning community pays less attention to knowledge sharing.Because the purpose,subject,object and organization of knowledge sharing in virtual learning community are obviously different,and the mechanism of knowledge sharing has obvious different characteristics,the research of knowledge sharing in virtual learning community should be studied from a unique theoretical perspective.Knowledge sharing should follow the law of education and conform to the theory of epistemology.At the same time,it is also necessary to further sort out and summarize the theory of knowledge sharing in the field of virtual learning community research,and constantly explore and innovate.Based on the research experience of knowledge sharing in knowledge management theory,this paper steadily grasps the basic characteristics of virtual learning community,combines the application experience of virtual learning community in network learning and mixed learning,and analyses the process and influence of knowledge sharing in virtual learning community on the basis of social constructivism theory,Situational Cognition and learning theory and knowledge sharing theory.The key factors of knowledge sharing are the formation of knowledge sharing model in virtual learning community,the preliminary construction of evaluation index system of knowledge sharing in virtual learning community,and continuous modification and improvement through data analysis.Then,according to the process and principle of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP),the weight distribution of evaluation index is determined based on the questionnaire survey data of experts and graduate team.Finally,the evaluation index system is used to evaluate the implementation of the educational virtual community of Learning Science and Technology.According to the evaluation results,the development suggestions of the community are given,and the practical feasibility of the index system is further verified.It is hoped that through the research,efforts will be made to expand the research content of virtual learning community,enrich and develop the research of knowledge sharing in virtual learning community,provide a basis for the effective implementation of knowledge sharing evaluation in virtual learning community,and further confirm that the evaluation research of knowledge sharing in virtual learning community has important theoretical and practical significance.
