| Experimental teaching occupies an important position in high school physics teaching. It’s been emphasized in the new curriculum reform also. It is necessary for executing the new curriculum standards to survey, collect and collate the teaching experience of different regions and schools. Beijing is a good sample for research, based on it’s various schools with different characteristics, and a lot of experiences in teaching about the new curriculum. There were three sample schools in this paper. Questionnaires and field survey have been used. The survey has been divided into two parts:the students experiment and the lecture demonstrations.The survey of students experiment shows that autonomy of student was not fully realized in students experimental which encouraged by the New Curriculum Standards.The survey of lecture demonstration show that:Lecture demonstrations in the classroom of School A were sufficient and helpful. There was almost no lecture demonstrations in the classroom of school B. Lecture demonstrations in the classroom of School C often been substituted by video and oral presentation. Factors leading to differences between the sample schools mainly in the following four:(1)The kinds, quantity and quality of equipment;(2) Full-time teacher for the laboratory;(3)Teachers’ workload;(4)Teachers’concept of education and teaching.Combined the experiments teaching in sample schools, the paper gave it’s suggestions abut the hardware facilities, classroom teaching, and teaching management. |
