Triple jump is after the rapid run-up, followed by three consecutive jump track and field events. Many factor that affect performance results in the triple jump. Among them, the explosive force is one of the core elements of influence of triple jump performance. Power generation mainly comes from the active contraction of muscle fibers and connective tissue such as tendons in muscle fascia storage of elastic energy. Through reasonable means can greatly improve the ability of the contraction of muscle fibers and make full use of the connective tissue of muscle stored potential energy. Post-Activation Potentiation is a kind of can let the contraction of muscle fibers to produce maximum force method;Sensory nerve muscle and ontology promotion law PNF to fully stretch the muscles and connective tissue, may increase at the beginning of the entire muscle length had obvious effect of elastic potential energy increases.These two kinds of training means has drawn the attention of many scholars and coaches. However, for the two training methods conclude there is some debate,especially the PNF stretching training effects on strength. Based on the “impactor PNF”(PNF) after the modification, the enhanced activation effect on respectively and the combined use of thesis, aimed at seeking after by these three different types of training means, in a certain point in time to improve the effect of triple jump performance, for the project to provide a viable means of preparation activities.The subject of this study was to Cheng Du Sport University sports special class of 40 students of grade 2012 track and field. According to the experimental study, 40 subjects were randomly divided into four groups of the “impactor PNF ”group, t he Post-Activation Potentiation group,the“impactor PNF”and Post-Activation Potentiation group and routine training group, each group of 10 people. Before each experiment tests the subjects’ initial triple jump results and then each group according to different training methods for training, after completion of the training for each group immediately、4、8、12、16and 20 minutes the six intermittent point respectively test the triple jump result again. On the experimental data analysis, this study the following conclusions:1、After the maximum load squat exercises back to 4 minutes and 8 minutes the two time points of triple jump performance have significantly improved, impact type PNF exercises back to 8 minutes and 12 minutes the two time points of triple jump results have significant increase.2、Maximum load squat and impact PNF "combining exercise after return to 8 minutes and 12 minutes the two time points of triple jump results have significant increase.3、Impact of PNF and maximum load squat combining exercise than single impact PNF "or maximum load squat exercise more conducive to improve the achievement of the triple jump.
