| The post-activation potentiation(PAP)is a physiological phenomenon caused by the acute increase of muscle strength speed and explosive power caused by the pre-maximal resistance exercise for a short time. The effect of PAP is influenced by factors such as recovery time and load weight.Object: two forms of high-intensity intervention and weight-free intervention were used to compare and analyze the effects of different intervention groups and recovery time on PAP by testing related kinematics and dynamics indexes of 30-meter run and squat Jump(CMJ,Counter Movement Jump)in this study,Method: Twenty undergraduate male sprint athletes from Beijing sport university were selected, and the test subjects were selected with the weight of 1RM for the full-body squat, and 14 subjects with the weight of 1RM/weight ≥ 2 for the full-body squat were selected according to the requirements. The kinematics and dynamics data of subjects’ 30-meter run and squat jump were collected once every four minutes before and immediately after induction of PAP.The effects of different recovery times on the dependent variables and whether there were differences among different groups were analyzed by the method of single-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance.P<0.05 was considered to be significant. If there is no difference between groups, that is,when P> is 0.05,the index growth rate at different time points between groups is compared.Result: In 90% 1 rm group, the recovery time of male college students sprinters after induction, there was no significant difference in min 8 ~ 12 min squat jump height measurement result earlier suspension has the extremely significant difference, takeoff power in 8 min from the previous test result has the extremely significant difference, the previous test results when 12 min has extremely significant difference, rotate speed in 8 min,12 min from the previous test scores have significant difference; In the blank control group, the recovery time had no significant difference in the sprint scores of male college students after induction, the squat height at 12 min had a significant difference compared with the pretest scores, the take-off power at12 min had a significant difference compared with the pretest scores, and the take-off speed at 12 min had a significant difference compared with the pretest scores. After immediate,4min,8min and 12 min rest recovery, there was no significant difference between different groups, but the growth rate of all indicators consistently showed that at 4min~12min,the growth rate of 90% 1RM group was higher than that of the blank control group. Conclusion: In the 90% 1RM group, the time of post-activation enhancement effect was 4min~12min after training, and the optimal value was 8min,which was mainly reflected in the increase of take-off power,take-off height and take-off speed. In the blank control group, the time of post-activation enhancement effect was immediate ~12min,and the optimal value was 12 min, which was also reflected in the increase of take-off power,take-off height and take-off speed. There was no significant difference between the 90% 1RM group and the blank control group, but the maximum increase in the score change rate of all indicators was greater in the90% 1RM group than in the blank control group. |
